Delete Your Account
You can delete your Cominly account and associated data at any time.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Cominly app.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number, profile photo);
- Your community memberships;
- Your direct messages.
Content you posted within a community (such as posts and comments) is kept but anonymized — your name is replaced with "Former member" and your profile photo is removed — so community history stays intact without identifying you.
Can't access the app?
If you can no longer sign in, you can request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
