Child Safety Standards
Cominly is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe community. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. These standards apply to everyone who uses Cominly.
Prohibited conduct
Cominly strictly prohibits, and does not tolerate, any content, conduct, or behavior that sexually abuses or exploits children, including but not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
- The sexualization of minors, or content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual exploitation of children;
- Grooming, solicitation, or sextortion of a minor;
- Trafficking of a minor, or facilitating any of the above.
Violating these standards results in immediate removal of the content and permanent termination of the account.
Minimum age
Cominly is not directed to children. You must be at least 13 years old to use Cominly, and we do not knowingly permit accounts for children under 13.
Reporting a concern
Every user can report content or behavior directly inside the app: use the report option on any post, comment, or message, block a user, or send a report through the in-app feedback tool. Reports are reviewed by our team.

How we respond
When we become aware of CSAE, we act promptly to remove the content, terminate the responsible account(s), preserve relevant information, and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authorities, as required by applicable law. We cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

Compliance with laws
Cominly complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the regions where it operates, including reporting obligations for child sexual abuse material.
